This privacy policy explains how per4dance academy collects, uses, and protects your personal data through the per4dance.co website and the per4dance mobile app. The data controller is per4dance academy (contact details below).

1. Data we collect

Mobile app (student, teacher, and manager accounts):

  • First and last name
  • Phone number (for signing in)
  • Your class enrollments, attendance, lesson balance, and payment records — kept by the school to run your lessons
  • For students who are minors: a guardian's name and phone and the student's date of birth, provided with guardian consent

Website (per4dance.co):

  • Anonymous usage data via Microsoft Clarity (page views, clicks, session recordings, heatmaps) — uses cookies
  • If you message us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number (processed by WhatsApp/Meta)

2. Why we use it

  • To provide and manage your dance classes, attendance, lesson balance, and payment tracking
  • To respond to your messages
  • To improve the website

3. Legal basis (KVKK)

We process your data as necessary to provide the service you signed up for (dance classes) and — for minors' data and analytics cookies — on the basis of your explicit consent.

4. Cookies

The website uses cookies only for Microsoft Clarity analytics. A cookie notice appears when you visit; you can block cookies in your browser.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers only as needed to run the service: secure server hosting, Microsoft (Clarity analytics), and WhatsApp/Meta (messaging). We share only what these require. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers.

6. Storage and security

Your app data is stored on our own secured servers over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, with access limited to authorized staff.

7. Retention

We keep your data while you are our student and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations; after that we anonymize or delete it.

8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. In the app you can delete your own account at any time via Profile → Delete my account, which disables your login and erases your personal information. The school can also anonymize accounts on request. To exercise your other rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's data

Accounts for students who are minors are created by the school with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

10. International transfers

Some providers (Microsoft, Meta/WhatsApp) may process data outside Türkiye under their own safeguards.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is shown by the "last updated" date above.
